Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom or special request items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of order.

Shipping Costs

Customs and Import Taxes
For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. EVolution Parts is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Hazardous Materials (HazMat) Shipments
Some items (for example, lithium batteries, airbag components, and certain chemicals) are classified as hazardous materials and may require special handling, packaging, and routing.

Transit Liability: When shipping hazardous items, EVolution Parts is not responsible for damages that occur in transit (to the fullest extent permitted by law).

Claims Process: If a hazardous item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, all claims must be filed directly with the carrier delivering your package. We will gladly assist by providing any required order or shipment documentation to support your claim.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Hazardous Shipments: For shipments containing hazardous materials, damage or loss claims must be handled directly with the carrier. EVolution Parts is not responsible for transit damages on hazardous items, but we will assist you with documentation for your claim.
